The contractor may schedule inspection on your behalf but the ultimate responsibility is the homeowners. The homeowner should make sure all inspections are scheduled and approved by the Building Inspector, including the final inspection for the Certificate of Occupancy/Compliance.
You will need to fill out the proper permit application for the type of work you plan on doing. At the end of each application is a checklist of all of the information required! You can obtain an application through visiting our Office or from our website!
