    Whole Body Fitness Chair Version- For Adults and Teens. Want to improve your strength, balance and mobility? Come out to the library on Tuesdays to work out with ACE-certified group fitness instructor, Katie Patchell. Chairs will be provided and used in our workouts! Floor or mat-work will not be incorporated in the workout, but the ability to do standing and sitting exercises is required. Equipment needed: Two weights between the 2-5 lb range (can use cans/water bottles). Call to register.
