Aquatic Plants of the Basha Kill

Celebrate the summer solstice on the water of our local treasure of protected wetlands! The Basha Kill is home to a wonderful biodiversity, some of which is best seen out on the water. Join Richard Mandelbaum, local herbalist and botanist, for an evening paddle to get to know our local, native and non-native aquatic plants. This event is BYOB: bring your own boat! Non-motorized boats only (i.e. kayak, canoe). If you don't have access to a boat, let us know and we can try to help. Please call to register 845-644-5014 Rain date: June 22
